Service Delivery Standards

Once you have placed an order with the website you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been placed. We do not work on weekends or public holidays so all orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. On average, most orders can be picked up from our Factor Outlet “98 Milperra Road, Revesby NSW 2212” the next business day. Our pick up times are 10am to 3pm so all orders must be picked up during those times Monday to Friday.


This website offers only a pick up option from our factory outlet. If items are required for a certain time, you will need to place a note, entering it into the special instructions field at checkout. Please note that Bakers Maison is not responsible for any delays caused by deferral to the first available pick up time, especially during high-volume seasons.

Acceptance of the Goods & Refunds

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault on pick up. We will always provide a consistent quality product and allow to review the goods at pick up. Bakersmaison.com.au does not accept refunds for: change of mind or errors from handling the product post pick up from the factory outlet.

Unable to Pick up

You must pick up your order within 30 calendar days of placing the order.  From time to time we may change our production schedules and no longer range that particular product ordered, hence the 30 day pick up timeframe.  If you are unable to pick up your order, you can co-ordinate a pick up by courier at your own cost and the courier requires authorisation of purchasors order when collecting on behalf of a customer.  If you do not pick up your order within the 30 day period you will forfeit your order and a credit can be applied to your account. 


We must be notified in advance if you would like to change the products purchased on your order, and this must be done within 3 working days of placing the order.  After collecting the products there will be no option for exchange of product – regardless of the condition of the product.


In the event of the cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee of $14.95 will be charged to cover administrative fees incurred.
